ORDERING

You can shop directly on this site or call us at (916)485-2500 to place an order. Please have your credit card, billing address, shipping address, and contact information ready and available before you call. We will quote you a shipping cost and your total cost before you place your order.

If a prescription is required for a product, we can only ship the product to you when we receive the prescription. Please fax all prescriptions to (916)515-9191.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated based on carrier provided rates. We ship all in stock items within 2 business days of sale. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to make arrangements or cancel the sale.

AMD Medical Supply ships in the United States of America to the contiguous 48 states. If you live anywhere outside the contiguous 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or another country), please contact us to make your order over the phone. We will quote you a shipping price before you place your order.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns. We maintain a strict return policy for the health and well-being of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

WARRANTY POLICY

Equipment sold by AMD Medical Supply may/may not contain a warranty from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer provides such a warranty, a copy of warranty information will be provided with the product. AMD Medical Supply makes no express warranties whatsoever with respect to equipment sold.
